A closer look at where things stand

Hello everyone! How about that worldwide parts shortage, eh?

Alright. Let's get right to it. As you know, there's a bit of a parts shortage going on in the world right now, so unfortunately a lot of the news we have here isn't spectacular. While we don't exactly enjoy sharing that kind of news, we thought it was important to let everyone know what's going on, and how long we currently expect the wait times to be on some of our most requested products. Everyone we work with is doing their best to get their stuff out to us in a timely manner, but some thing are simply out of our control. We understand how frustrating this has been on all fronts, and your patience is very much appreciated.

It's also important to note that most of what we have here are only estimates. Unless stated otherwise, we don't have any concrete dates for most restocks at this time.

All info is up to date as of January 20, 2022

Let's take a look.

Krikzz

EverDrive N8 - Available now, but very low stock. Next shipment is estimated to arrive in 4-8 weeks.

EverDrive N8 Pro - Available now in several colors. Out of stock colors are estimated to return in 3-6 weeks.

Super EverDrive X6 - Gray is back in stock now, red should be back in 4-8 weeks

FX Pak Pro - It's possible we could see more as soon as 2-4 weeks from now, but in very limited quantities. After those are gone, the best estimate we have for a restock is June or later.

EverDrive GB X7 - We should have limited stock in the next 2-3 weeks, with another shipment on the way 3-6 weeks afterwards.

EverDrive GBA X5 Mini - We should be getting more in 3-6 weeks.

EverDrive 64 X5 - Available now, but very low stock. Restock estimate is 4-8 weeks.

EverDrive 64 X7 - Just like the FX Pak Pro, it's possible we could see more as soon as 2-4 weeks from now, but in very limited quantities. After those are gone, the best estimate we have for a restock is June or later.

Mega EverDrive X7 - Current restock estimate is 3-6 weeks.

Mega EverDrive Pro - Limited colors are available now, with another shipment estimated to arrive in 3-6 weeks with more colors.

EverDrive GG X7 - Limited stock available now. Next shipment is estimated to arrive in 4-8 weeks.

Turbo EverDrive - Available now, and we've got a new color coming soon!

TerraOnion

MegaSD - Current restock estimate is 2-5 months.

Super HD System 3 - Available now!

MODE - Available now!

RetroHQ

NeoPocket GameDrive - Right now it looks like June, but we're told it's possible they could show up sooner, though we have no estimate on when that could be.

Jaguar GameDrive - Limited stock estimated to be arriving 1-3 weeks from now. After those sell out, we don't expect to see more before June.

Lynx GameDrive - Limited stock available now. Next batch is estimated to arrive in 2-4 months.

Other

PSIO - Unfortunately, we have no estimates at this time.

MemCard Pro - Pre-orders are available now. The best case scenario for those orders is late June-early July, but it's possible the wait could be longer.

OldSkool Digital Controller - Unfortunately we have no estimates at this time.

Retrode 2 and adapters - Next shipment is currently estimated to arrive in 2-4 weeks.

RetroTink 2X Pro Multi Format - Unfortunately we have no estimates at this time.

RetroTink 2X mini - This has been discontinued, but we may still have a few around. Email us for stock request.

Sega Saturn/Sega CD Jewel Cases - Next shipment is currently estimated to arrive in 3-6 weeks.

Hyperkin Ranger - Next shipment is currently estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks.

And that about wraps things up. It's not all bad news, and while we're waiting for more flash carts, we'll be focusing our efforts on some of our other items, like our various console mods and modding services, and yes, even getting our retail store back open to the public (we'll report more on that soon).

As always, if you have any questions, shoot us an email at support@stoneagegamer.com, or hit us up on our various social media channels. Thanks for your patience, everyone, and keep playing games.
