30-day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase or your item ceased operation within 30-days of your shipping date you can return it for a full refund. Please see the "How do I return and item?" section to learn how to return item(s). International shipments may take longer than 30-days. If the shipment takes more than 21-days this Money Back Guarantee is extended to 60-days from the shipping date.

Domestic (U.S.) & Canadien Customers: We will issue a USPS or UPS pre-paid return label that will be e-mailed to you to print off. You then just need to drop package off at your nearest post office or UPS Store.

International (non-U.S.) Customers: We will request you to ship the item(s) back the cheapest possible shipping method. We require you to e-mail us a clear picture or scan of postage receipt for reimbursement. In some cases we can issue USPS return labels for Canadian customers.

90-day Full Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 90-days of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to get the part or product back to us, Stone Age Gamer will cover shipping costs to return product/part to customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries this product/part we will request the customer to send complete product back to us for refund of original purchase price of the product. We will NOT replace with a newer generation of the product or exchange for another product.

1 Year Limited Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement at the customer's expense. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the part/product to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries the defective product/part then this 1 year warranty is null and void.

1 Year Basic Flash Cart Warranty

If a Basic Edition flash cart you purchased from us ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for repair or replacement at the customer's expense. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the flash cart to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

3 Year Deluxe Flash Cart Warranty

If a flash cart you purchased from us ceases operation within 3 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for repair or replacement at the customer's expense. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the flash cart to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

How do I return an item?

Registered Members: If you are a registered member please login and go to your orders. Select the order with the product that needs returning and click the return link below the order.

Otherwise, please use our Product Returns form.

Always use our request a return. Failure to do this before sending the product back could result in longer return or the possibility that we will refuse the return.
