Return Policy

RETURNING A FLASH CART?

Before returning a flash cart please read our TROUBLESHOOTING FLASH CARTS guide. Over 50% of returned flash carts test fine after we receive them back. This is often attributed to user error or defective systems. 


 

MODIFICATION & USE NOTICE: Any unauthorized modification and/or non-intended use of any product sold by Stone Age Gamer shall void both manufacturer and retailer money back guarantees and/or warranties of that product.

 

30-day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase or your item ceased operation within 30-days of receiving. Please see the "How do I return and item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

Domestic (U.S.): We will issue a USPS or UPS pre-paid return label that will be e-mailed to you to print off. You then just need to drop package off at your nearest post office or UPS Store.

International (non-U.S.) Customers: We will request you to ship the item(s) back the cheapest possible shipping method. We require you to e-mail us a clear picture or scan of postage receipt for reimbursement.

90-day Full Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 90-days of the receiving then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to get the part or product back to us, Stone Age Gamer will cover shipping costs to return product/part to customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries this product/part we will request the customer to send complete product back to us for refund of original purchase price of the product. We will NOT replace with a newer generation of the product or exchange for another product.

1 Year Limited Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement at the customer's expense. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the part/product to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries the defective product/part then this 1 year warranty is null and void.

90-Day Pre-owned Flash Cart Warranty

If the pre-owned flash cart is defective within 30-days of receiving it will be covered under the 30-day Money Back Guarantee outlined above. If the pre-owned flash cart is defective within 90-days of receiving it is covered under the 90-day Full Product Warranty outlined above. Many pre-owned flash carts can be purchased with an extended 1-year warranty which would be equivalent to our 1 Year Basic Flash Cart Warranty below.

1 Year Basic Flash Cart Warranty

If the flash cart is defective within 30-days of receiving it will be covered under the 30-day Money Back Guarantee outlined above. If the flash cart is defective within 90-days of receiving it is covered under the 90-day Full Product Warranty outlined above.

If a Basic Edition flash cart you purchased from Stone Age Gamer ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective flash cart can be sent back to us for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the flash cart to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

2 Year Deluxe Flash Cart Warranty*

If the flash cart is defective within 30-days of receiving it will be covered under the 30-day Money Back Guarantee outlined above. If the flash cart is defective within 90-days of receiving it is covered under the 90-day Full Product Warranty outlined above.

If a Deluxe Edition flash cart you purchased from Stone Age Gamer ceases operation within 2 year of the shipping date then the defective flash cart can be sent back to us for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the flash cart to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

* If you purchased a Deluxe Edition flash cart before November 25th, 2020 it is covered our original 3-year Deluxe Warranty.
