This is the Base Red version of the EverDrive-N8 Pro for the NES, nothing fancy. It comes assembled in a red shell with basic label.

Basic Edition vs. Deluxe Edition

The Basic Edition comes with just the EverDrive-N8 Pro for NES cartridge with a gray back label in the selected style or configuration covered by a 1-year Warranty. Whereas the Deluxe Edition includes the cartridge with a gold back label, a case, printed manual, a EverDrive-N8 Pro sticker, Stone Age Gamer sticker, and is covered by a 2-year Warranty.

Stone Age Gamer does not offer support for any other use of this product.

B) PERSONAL BACK-UPS – In many territories it is legal to make back-ups for personal use and/or archival purposes, however it may not be legal in all territories. Please learn the national and local laws regarding this subject before making back-ups for personal use. Please note, in most territories "Personal Back-up" means exactly that; back-ups you made yourself of games you currently own. This often does not include back-ups obtained via other methods (i.e. downloading), even if it is a game you physically own.

D) MODIFICATION & USE – Any unauthorized modification and/or non-intended use of this or any other flash cart product sold by Stone Age Gamer shall void both manufacturer and retailer warranties of that product.

E) CLONE / MODIFIED CONSOLES – Flash carts / ODEs were developed and intended to be used on un-modified original hardware using original hardware accessories. Stone Age Gamer does not guarantee flash cart / ODE operation on clone consoles or modified consoles. Flash carts / ODEs may operate on some clone consoles or modified consoles. However, due to power consumption changes, random hardware changes and/or firmware updates of those consoles we cannot offer a guarantee of flash cart compatibility. Any returns due to incompatibility with clone consoles or modified consoles will result in no refund of any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee if no defect is found during testing.

    Pretty much the perfect NES flashcart.

    Been wanting to grab one of these for quite a while, and it`s definitely a worthwhile purchase. Runs just about any game you throw at it, the expansion audio support is pretty much perfect, and the save/load state feature is a godsend, especially when you consider how tough many NES games are, and how long some of them are without any kind of saving available.

    One could dream about the capabilities of the NES. This cartridge pushes the limit in how this console can offer, making this a must buy.

    Works great for game backups, modifications, and the homebrew scene. Nothing beats playing games on the original hardware, and this does it incredibly well.

    Very satisfied with this product. Easy to get set up and running, and works great in my original NES. So far the games I've tried out have run flawlessly. The quality of construction for the cartridge also appears to be top-notch. Special thanks to Stone Age Gamer customer service for promptly sending out an alternative when my original color selection became back-ordered.

    The red translucent color is amazing and the deluxe version is very professional. Highly recommended for your NES, even works great for me in my Nt Mini.

    I purchased the N8 Pro because I wanted the following features 1. The ability to access the menu with controller input (Start + Down). 2. The ability to save and load states quickly. 3. The ability to have 99 save state spaces. 4. The faster loading speeds of games and menus. 5. The ability to create folder structures to sort and find games quickly. 6. The ability to have a recent played list to find games quickly I was currently playing. The N8 Pro has been awesome on all of these items and I love it! If you are on the fence, spend the extra money! It is worth it!

    The EverdriveN8 Pro by Stoneagegamer is quite possibly the best thing I have purchased in my life Second only to buying my NES. I cannot imagine using any other flashcart. Getting the deluxe edition is a must. The staff at SAG make it effortless to get the N8 pro up and running. If you are still reading this STOP!     It boots up instantly. Save states are compatible with every game I've played so far. It even works with the 8bitdo N30's Home Button to use the In-Game menu. It even plays NES music files if you have them. Oh, and the SD card slot is actually more reachable too.
