Wireless Dongle Support for Brawler64, Tribute64 and Admiral BT - Retro Frog

Do you have the fantastic Tribute64, Brawler64 or Admiral BT wireless gamepads, but notice that the dongles that plug into the front of your console...sag? This is especially true with the Retro Fighters Brawler64 and made worse with a memory card inserted into it. 

Well, I have the solution for you. I designed these L shaped braces to slip onto the controller port that extends from the wireless dongle into the console. These securely keeps the dongles from sagging down possibly causing issues with your Nintendo 64 controllers ports over time. And these supports are narrow enough that you can have 2 side by side without issue. 

Color = Galaxy Black (black with a light glitter in it).

    Excellent product. It fits perfectly on my N64 and dongle, providing excellent support as to not wear out the controller ports on the console. I highly recommend this product for anyone using wireless controllers on the Nintendo 64. The price is very reasonable for the value which is provided. I cannot recommend this product enough.

    Very nifty little device to help preserve the quality of your N64 controller ports. The device fits perfectly snug and supports your dongle for the brawler 64 perfectly. I highly recommend this product for anybody with a brawler 64. They also have variations for hyperkin and other wireless controllers with a heavy dongle. This product is a must buy.

    Just built an N64 for myself and my son and decided we definitely needed the Retro Brawler wireless controllers to enjoy the new system.

    I honestly debated skipping buying these brackets, but it felt like something that`d drive me crazy if I didn`t purchase them as well, so I did.

    No regrets. They keep my RB wireless controller upgradeule on nice and straight/tight.

    It doesn`t do much, but what it does do it does well. Keeps that stress off the controller port if you have a wireless dongle. I have the Brawler 64. High quality 3-d printed.

    Peace of Mind for the Brawler

    When I first plugged in the brawler, I was scared that it`s top heaviness was going to mess up the controller port on my 64. When I saw RetroFrog made these guys, I had to pick one up.

    It cradles the wireless receiver very well and I no longer worry about the port messing up. All snug and safe.

    The current dongle for the BT admiral is a heavy piece that incorporates the controller pak and hangs out of the controller port. Presumably this puts pressure on the connection and, over time, could cause malfunction.

    This support brace is small, 3d printed and fits perfectly under the dongle and the underside of the controller port, supporting the weight of the dongle, taking pressure off the port. It was inexpensive and the perfect solution to a potential problem.

    Didn't want to use brawler 64 because of weight on controller port and this solves that problem.

    Pros:

    A must have if you care about your controller port on your Nintendo 64 .

    Very solid connection to controller port , doesn`t allow the dongle to sag down and eventually break or warp your controller port .

    Cons: Wished they had custom colors to match controller and n64 control deck .
