PLEASE NOTE: Upgrading/Installation Services typically take between 1-3 weeks from the time the console is received until it ships back out.  Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and it can sometimes go over by a week or 2 during busy times.

    All the previous reviews say it all! I can`t come up with an original compliment because everything I want to say has already been said by many others. These techs are awesome. System plays like it`s 1995 again.

    Permanent fix for an problem that all VBs will get with age

    Fixed my VB that had bad ribbon cables for both displays. The displays had the old solder trick done years ago but now the rest of the cables had gone bad and needed a more permanent fix. Fast turnaround and very good soldering work!

    Do not hesitate one moment to get this service done for your VB! Mine had some lines enough to be annoying, and they tuned it up AND delivered the updated unit super fast!

    My system was pretty much dead in the water, one side didn`t work at all and the other was fuzzy and had lines through it. Sent it of to try this fix, hoping for the best expecting the worst.
    Turn around time was fantastic, they had the VB for no more than 3 days and it was on it`s way back to me. Received i with in just a few days and hooked everything up and o my surprise it plays like it was new again. Can`t beat the price for the results. Thanks Stone Age Gamer for reviving my Virtual Boy!

    Virtual Ribbon Installation and Functionality

    I`ve had the Virtual Boy since it came out. I bought it new at Toys`r`us after it bombed and Nintendo dropped the price to $30. It worked great for at least 20 years but I noticed in the last few years it started showing lines every now and then and didn`t display the image properly, particularly in one eye. I had tried heating up the glue a little and repairing the ribbon connection and that did help for a little while but the same problem came back. I discovered this product and knew it was a real solution. I have a soldering iron but not the kind required for this kind of job. So I sent it in for this and when I got it back there was a problem that most likely occurred on the shipment back. I contacted support and they completely took care of me, had me return it, they diagnosed the problem, and sent it back to me and it is working fantastic like it was brand new. They did an excellent job.
