This is the Jumpman version of the EverDrive-N8 Pro for the Famicom. It comes assembled in a transparent blue shell with Jumpman label.

Basic Edition vs. Deluxe Edition

The Basic Edition comes with just the EverDrive-N8 Pro for Famicom cartridge with a gray back label in the selected style or configuration covered by a 1-year Warranty. Whereas the Deluxe Edition includes the cartridge with a gold back label, a case, printed manual, a EverDrive-N8 Pro sticker, Stone Age Gamer sticker, and is covered by a 2-year Warranty.

Flash carts, ODEs, and similar devices Stone Age Gamer sells and supports are intended to be used only for the following purposes: development, playing games licensed by Stone Age Gamer for use with the product, and/or playing currently owned personally backed-up games and media where it is legal to do so. Stone Age Gamer does not offer support for any other use of this product.

B) PERSONAL BACK-UPS – In many territories it is legal to make back-ups for personal use and/or archival purposes, however it may not be legal in all territories. Please learn the national and local laws regarding this subject before making back-ups for personal use. Please note, in most territories "Personal Back-up" means exactly that; back-ups you made yourself of games you currently own. This often does not include back-ups obtained via other methods (i.e. downloading), even if it is a game you physically own.

C) DAMAGE – Neither Stone Age Gamer or the manufacturer is responsible for any damage of property this product may cause. This is a new product intended to be used on electronic hardware that exceeds two decades in age and Stone Age Gamer can’t guarantee the condition of such hardware. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

D) ALTERATION & USE – Any unauthorized alteration and/or non-intended use of this or any other flash cart product sold by Stone Age Gamer shall void both manufacturer and retailer warranties of that product.

E) CLONE / UPGRADED CONSOLES – Flash carts / ODEs were developed and intended to be used on unchanged original hardware using original hardware accessories. Stone Age Gamer does not guarantee flash cart / ODE operation on clone consoles or altered consoles. Flash carts / ODEs may operate on some clone consoles or altered consoles. However, due to power consumption changes, random hardware changes and/or firmware updates of those consoles we cannot offer a guarantee of flash cart compatibility. Any returns due to incompatibility with clone consoles or altered consoles will result in no refund of any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee if no defect is found during testing.

    I have the Base version of this, from everything I seen on this page there isn`t any daylight between either one of them.

    I love this device, I`d been seeking solutions for my RGB Famicom that let`s me run my cartridges. This will eliminate the need to blow on your Famicom carts and preseve them indefinitely.

    The UI is a bit dull; too bad it's not as visually stunning as Terronion's carts, which include artwork. The games load lightning fast! It even let`s me create sub folders.

    Avoid making the mistake I did in buying a 32GB SD Card, as the entire NES/Famicom library is only 400+ MB uncompressed. The cartridge includes savestates for those tougher games, which, let's be honest, make up about 90% of the library.

    Although the cartridge has a nice transparent blue shell, the case leaves much to be desired. I wish it had artwork of these games in action. If it`s a copyright thing, put Homebrews on there and get permission from said Homebrew devs. There are plenty of Homebrews on the NES/Famicom to ask permission for, there should be no excuse why there isn`t screenshots of gameplay on the back.

    Overwall, the EverDrive N8 Pro makes this Nintendo fan of 42 years very happy! Certainly, there are some problems. But when you look at the entire package it`s a homerun! This cart does what I could only dream of as a child, run my games without having to hunt down and blow on the cartridge. Props to Krikzz for providing the world with this love letter to legacy Nintendo.

    Seems to be a capable of playing any game for the NES or Famicom. Nice thing about getting the famicom version is it works with a NES with a converter.
