Console MUST have a parallel port on the back of the console for this mod to work. This is the port the PSIO unit plugs into. Most models do have the port, however some such as the 9000 series do not have the port and cannot be used. Make sure you do not send in a version without the port, as it will not be compatible.
mods: mods should have no affect on this mod. However, Stone Age Gamer offers no responsibility for a preexisting mods. While rare, there could be a scenario where Stone Age Gamer has to replace your motherboard. We would not replace or reimburse the customer for any preexisting mod. If for some reason your mod is found to be incompatible with the PSIO switch mod Stone Age Gamer is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the customer.
