While rare, there could be a scenario where Stone Age Gamer has to replace your motherboard. We would not replace or reimburse the customer for any preexisting modification. If for some reason your modification is found to be incompatible with the KunaiGC product Stone Age Gamer is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the customer.

The KunaiGC is an all-in-one IPL (Initial Program  Loader) replacement for the Nintendo Gamecube which allows you to boot directly into software such as "Swiss" in order to run your homebrew, import, or backup games.  An added benefit is the ability to load games from all regions.  Works well alongside the SD2SP2 serial port adapter, which can be used to store your files and game images.

    I cannot leave a review for the GameCube Builder service, so I will leave one here instead. I am not yet skilled in soldering, so I sent my console to Stone Age Gamer and trusted them to install this modchip, and they delivered! The KunaiGC has no issues and boots into Swiss no problem. The other services I ordered also seem to have been installed well, and the console and accessories were very well packaged when sent back. Would recommend!

    I never had a GameCube growing up but wanted one later in life now it`s easy to play games not worrying about scratched disc`s or a drive failing. The KunaiGC works great. I`m not good at all at soldiering but I trusted StoneageGamer & their work. Very happy with the end results. Next I`m considering the HDMI upgrade to the Gamecube in the near future. Thank you
