    The Complete SNES Cart

Posted by Cubeboy on Apr 1st 2023

I was a long time owner of the SNES PowerPak, which was an amazing cart, but the list of not supported games was always a regret. The FXPak Pro does it all, from Super FX support, to Satellaview, and even the Super Gameboy. All games that I have tested work as good as the cart itself. If you`re looking for a way to play pretty much all of the SNES and Super Game Boy libraries on an actual SNES console, save up the case for this FXPak Pro, as this is the cart to get, with no regrets.

The only item I have to note, is that hitting the power switch is a bit off. It doesn`t click smoothly like all other carts, almost as if the piece that locks the SNES cart in place gets stuck halfway through. The cart boots up fine without issue, and doesn`t seem to have any negative impact. I tried this on two different SNES consoles, so not sure if I maybe just got a bad mold, or if that is by design.

Got the cart a month or 2 ago. I've played so many diffrent games on it. Every game/ homebrew/ romhack works on it flawlessly!!! The accuracy is just spot on (tried many cycle accurate emulators and they still don't come even close to the FX Pak in combination with my SNES due to the lack of expansion chip support). Also I'm playing on a PAL SNES which would be more likely to have compatibility issues but nope.
    Completely worth it!!!!!!!

    Simply the Best

ALL of the SNES games, now at our fingertips! I have used similar carts before but this one is top of the pack. No glitching, no delays, and the interface is beautiful. I love the aesthetic of the menu that displays your games and subdirectories. Absolutely in love with everything about this cart.

    Just get it

This thing is fantastic for playing those fan-translated games that were only released in Japan. I played through Tales of Phantasia with it, which the US didn't get. I'm looking forward to many more.
