I had bought a Sega Everdrive from another retailer. I noticed that the sega cd audio was distorted. After some reasearch I found that a batch of bad audio chips were sourced during the chip shortage. So I contacted SAG to see if they can get the repair done. SAG quickly returned my e-mail with a link to a cart for the service I needed. Shipped my Everdrive to them and with a quick turn around I had it back within a week repaired. Great job SAG and thanks.
Postage to Australia was well priced, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other US retailers. Well done to SAG for not inflating these charges. Also, the product was incredibly well packaged. Very happy.
