SAG Podcast 477: Trivia time LIVE at Stone Age Gamer
Show Notes
Stone Age Gamer is sixteen years old, and we celebrated the only way we knew how. With a LIVE Trivia Show! Kris flew out to Salem Ohio to be a part of Stone Age Gamer's "Sweet Sixteen" celebration event. There was a sale going on all day long, but after the store closed came the special After Party began, and the real fun began. They did store tours, had a pizza party, a video game tournament, and capped it all off with a live podcast recording.
For this episode of Trivia Time, Dan had to face off against the entire audience, who competed as a team. Dan was unfortunately unable to make the event in-person, so he was recording from the Jose Canseco Memorial Annex in scenic New Jersey, but he was there in spirit and through the miracle of the internet Kris was able to blast his audio to the room and a trivia extravaganza for the ages commenced!
The actual audio quality of the show is naturally a bit below our usual standards as we really aren't technologically prepared for hosting events like this, but thanks to Evan's extraordinary editing skills, things turned out about as well as any of us could have hoped for.
Finally, huge thanks to everyone who came out to the event and competed in our Trivia show. It was an extra thrill to finally meet some of our Discord users in-person. You're all as lovely as we had hoped. We had a blast, and we hope you did too.
