Transcript of the video:

This is the Master EverDrive X7. It’s a Flash Cart for the Sega Master System that allows you to play your entire Master System library on original hardware from a single micro SD card. Here’s a closer look.

This is the cart itself. It’s available in three different label variants, and can be upgraded to a Deluxe edition which comes with a BitBox storage case, additional year warranty, user manual, and stickers. It’s the same size and dimensions as a standard Sega Master System cartridge, and fits into your console’s cartridge slot like so. It also works in the Sega Master System II, and with the Sega Genesis via a Power Base Converter or similar adapters with support for both Sega Master System and SG-1000 games.

Here’s how it works.

Place your game files into your SD card via whatever organizational method you choose. Here I’m adding files for Enduro Racer, Great Golf, and Pro Wrestling, which I have personally backed up from these cartridges with the use of a Retrode 2. Then take your Micro SD card and insert it into your Master EverDrive, plug that into your Master System and you’re ready to begin.

Simply select the game you want to play and and start it to begin playing exactly as it would if the original cartridge were in your Master System.

An in-game menu can be accessed by pressing up, 1, and 2 on the Master System controller, or up, B and C if you’re using a Sega Genesis controller. This will allow you to create and load save states, or return to the system menu. Note the in-game menu only works on original Master System hardware. Power Base Converter, Power Base Mini, or Master Gear do not support this feature.

Information on more game selection options such as random or previously played can be found in the Master EverDrive instruction manual.

The Master EverDrive is available now at Stone Age Gamer so you can play your Master System library from a single cartridge. Thanks for watching.
