Hi there. Kris from Stone Age Gamer here. Today we’re going to take a closer look at the 1UpCard cleaning systems. These cartridges and cards are designed to keep your consoles and game cartridges clean and working like new. Let’s take a look. 

These are some of the cleaning cartridges available at Stone Age Gamer from 1UpCard. All of them are designed to clean the contacts in your various cartridge based systems, and they each work basically the same way. All you need to do is insert the cleaning cartridge into your console the same way as you would a regular game. Remove and reinsert the cartridge several times, and the 1upCard cleaning cartridge will be able to remove dust, dirt, and more from your console's contacts. There’s even a special orange fabric pull tab on the NES cleaning cartridge to make the process easier with that system’s unique front-loading design. 

Then we have the classic 1UpCard itself. Simply take the cleaning fluid and apply some to the wet side, then take your favorite game cartridge and rub the wet side against the contacts. Once you’ve cleaned both sides, use the dry side of the card to finish the job. For certain Atari 2600 cartridges with protective flaps, we also offer this cartridge key to hold the flap open and give you access to the cartridge’s contacts so you can properly clean them. And for your portable cartridges, there’s the 1UpCard Mini cartridge cleaning card, for cleaning Game Boy, Game Gear, and more.
