I had initially purchased this to restore my old worn out snes membranes, and they seemed to be working great. It was a quick and easy install, and my buttons never felt better. Gone were the mushy feelings, and now all the buttons were nice and tactile/springy! Everything was going fine until, I noticed I wasn`t able to move diagonally in A Link To The Past. I was essentially locked to four directions, diagonals just would not register at all with the new membrane. I was incredibly disappointed by this and had to switch back to using my old D-Pad membrane. I`ll be leaving a 2 star because at least the other membranes DID work as they were supposed to.

The density and price of these is really good I just wish that the footprint of these matched OEM better. that said they apear to work just as well.
These Silicone worked great. They were a bit odd at first making sure they matched up properly on the board since they are not exactly the same size as the Original Silicone. Once I go the placement right everything has been amazing. No more missing inputs.
Had an old Super Famicom controller that had seen some real usage in its original life-time, but a few new buttons later and it`s starting a whole new life-time of tactile action!
These are cheap enough that it`s a good idea to buy them just in case.
Another great product offered by SAG, I bought two sets of these to breath new life into my Super Nintendo controllers I`ve had from my childhood and I definitely wasn`t disappointed my controllers work just like new if not better! They have great response now and have just the right amount of firmness to them. They work great with original super Nintendo or super Famicom controllers, but my nyko third party controller only half of the membranes would fit due to it being third party but that`s to be expected. Forget buying new third party or nos original controllers just slip some of these in your originals and play like it`s 1995!
The interesting shape these silicone buttons come with were a bit puzzling at first. They differ quite a bit from my stock SNES silicone buttons but they fit rather nicely. They`re not 1:1 with the stock actuators, but the result is rather curious as it makes the buttons feel more taut and responsive.
It`s a fine purchase all things considered
Ordered two sets for my old SNS-005 controllers I refurbished, and fit perfectly. Button response is like new - highly recommend!
