Great Controls but feels cluttered

This big thing is great obviously, but it tries to do too much and it gets in the way of itself. The TL;DR of it, I think getting the R5 and/or R6 is better if you want a spinner or trackball to play certain supported games on PC (and they come with sanwa buttons stock), while getting any other arcade stick is better for having the stick and button controls more in the middle instead of side and with easier art and controls customization, like Mayflash F500/F500 Elite.

The main thing most people would want this for is the trackball and spinner. Both work very well, spinner being better and fun to use, while trackball is good enough (but mouse can end up being better depending on the game). You`ll want to be careful when using the trackball, because big movements like what`s needed in golf or bowling games could have your fingers ram up into the spinner. I have no idea how to turn off the trackball`s lights and it could shine in your eye at some angles. And when playing Spinner games, you`ll need to be mindful to not rest your wrist on the trackball and add unwanted movements (it could be possible to disable trackball/spinner in your computer`s system settings.).

The arcade stick is a great sanwa stick, but the buttons are not sanwa, but baolian brand, which feel like pressing on springs. I prefer sanwa buttons, and I was able to replace the stock buttons by using a long stick to push out the rivets to open the case up to get inside. Actually replacing with sanwa was slightly challenging, because I had to bend the pins and turn the buttons just right on of some of the sanwa buttons to have the case be able to close afterwards.

But other than that, this IS a very good controller, with very low latency for all the components and neat Tron inspired theme to boot. In hindsight, I probably should`ve just gotten the R5 or R9 for spinner games, but I`m overall happy with this R10 Pro.

Fantastic arcade stick with awesome add-ons!

I`ve been eyeing this arcade stick for a while, and finally decided to go for it. I`m very glad I did! The packaging is very well made, with nice foam inserts to protect the stick. The stick was easy to get running on PC, with XInput (XBox Controls) enabled by default and both the trackball and spinner map to mouse movement. The side buttons (great for pinball!) as well as all the other buttons can be remapped in the web interface, though that`s an advanced feature and if you`re not comfortable digging through the firmware`s website I don`t recommend trying to mess with it.
Tested with various arcade games using the stick and buttons, Tempest (Retroarch/MAME, using the spinner), Mable Madness (Retroarch/MAME, using the trackball), and Breakout (Retrocade, macOS). The stick works great, and the buttons are quite responsive! Didn`t test it on Switch but macOS detected it as a Pro Controller when I used the appropriate button while powering it on, so I`m sure it works great there too.
I feel like if you want a good stick with a ton of features, able to tackle just about any arcade game you throw at it, this would make a fine choice. The only thing it`s missing are an full analog stick for games like Sinistar and a Loop Lever for games like Ikari Warriors, but you know, I think an arcade controller with three sticks, 10 top buttons, 4 side buttons, a trackball and a spinner miiiiight be a little much. Anyway though, the R10 Pro is a wonderful controller. Big recommend from me.

I really want to give this 5 stars, it does a lot for not a bad price. My biggest gripe is the joystick gate. Its a square one. I kept going in wrong directions in games with it. I replaced it with an octangonal gate and now it is much better. It is a little crowded with the trackball and spinner, but after awhile it gets easier to use. I didnt realize until i got it that it has flipper buttons. I downloaded Pinball FX and the buttons didnt need to be remapped. Overall i really like this, and it is my new daily driver playing arcade games.

The R10-Pro works perfectly for retro gaming.
I tested the trackball with Centipede and Marble Madness, and the spinner with Arkanoid and Tempest.

The controls felt smooth, responsive, and very natural.
It's a versatile and well-built controller
