By participating in the Stone Age Gamer Retroworks Inc. (dba Stone Age Gamer) Flash Cartridge Trade–in Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms & conditions:
1.) You represent and agree that you are authorized to trade in your device to Stone Age Gamer and that you have ownership, title, and interest in any device submitted under the Program. By participating, you agree to transfer all ownership, title, and interest in the device to Stone Age Gamer.
2.) You agree to delete all personal information and data ("Content") from your device and to retain all accessories such as memory cards, cases, and instruction manuals.
3.) Any device you submit under the Program will not be returned to you after store credit has been issued. Any content deleted as part of a submission under the Program cannot be recovered.
4.) You agree to accurately represent the make, model, and condition of your device in your Program submission, and that its final appraised value may be adjusted if:
- Your device does not match the make, model, and condition in your Program submission;
- Your device is not shipped within 7 days of your Program submission; or
- Your device does not meet the eligibility requirements for the Program.
5.) You agree that your device has not been reported as lost or stolen, was not purchased with government funds, and is not government property. No value will be afforded to any device reported as lost or stolen, purchased with government funds, or constituting government property.
6.) Stone Age Gamer reserves the right to inspect and test all devices, including internal components, submitted under the Program to ensure the devices are in working condition.
7.) Stone Age Gamer is not responsible for any loss of or damage to your device sustained during shipment as part of the Program. Stone Age Gamer highly recommends that you ship your device with insurance and tracking. You have the option to purchase a pre-paid shipping label with insurance and tracking at time of submission.
8.) The Program only applies to devices manufactured by official manufacturers. If you submit a device manufactured by a non-official manufacturer, Stone Age Gamer reserves the right to cancel your submission and assess a $25.00 USD processing fee and shipping costs. Stone Age Gamer highly recommends that you submit only devices that are verified to be official products.
9.) The Program only applies to devices that have not been modified in any way, shape or form from the condition shipped by the manufacturer or retailer. If you submit a device that has modified internal components, Stone Age Gamer reserves the right to cancel your submission and assess a $25.00 USD processing fee and shipping costs.
10.) The only modifications accepted under the Program are:
- Modified SD2SNES to fix MSU-1 sound issue; and
- Modified Super SD System 3 to fix some audio/video issues.
Stone Age Gamer reserves the right to perform additional inspections and testing to devices with the above modifications.
11.) Compensation under the Program is limited to store credit to Stone Age Gamer or PayPal payment. No other forms of compensation will be offered.
12.) You must agree to abide by and follow the Terms and Conditions as a condition for receiving a trade in value. Stone Age Gamer reserves the right to change the Program Terms and Conditions.
