    This Is THE ONE

When it comes to fighting games and you`re anything like me, the Sega Saturn controller is probably one of if not your favorite controller of all time. This controller improves even further on that. It is even more comfortable in the hands which is crazy to think about, and the micro switches in the dpad get rid of any guess work. This controller is deadly accurate when playing fighting games or really any 2D game. It`s a little pricey but this thing is premium and absolutely worth it. No regrets here.

    An Incredible D-Pad-Focused Controller

    Posted by E S on Mar 4th 2025

I`ve used my D6 on both my Dreamcast & MiSTer FPGA, playing various games from 2D fighters to 3D platformers, since it arrived. I must say that the responsiveness and overall feel of the controller are superb. I especially like the D-pad, as it has the travel & shape of a Saturn D-pad, but the soft clicky feel of something like a Neo Geo Pocket Color stick. The 2.4G connection is just as responsive as being wired (IMO) & needs to be the gold standard for all wireless controllers moving forward. I collect controllers & I use several of them often, but the D6 might be my new go-to for retro games from now on. Retro Fighters really outdid themselves with this beauty.
