The Atari 7800 gets the SAG Standouts treatment
Show Notes
On this week’s podcast, Dan and Kris take a look at the Atari 7800’s library to determine which five games best represent the platform. Should you just ignore everything else and play get five copies of Food Fight? Let’s find out!
Then, in Week Old News, there’s tragically no James Pond news. But we did hear a LOT about various uses of AI, some lunatic got Super Mario Bros. up and running on a VHS tape, Atari is bringing the 800XL back, and plenty more!
Finally, in the Checkpoint, Dan successfully manages to not put Kris to sleep thanks to a very useful apple, and catches us up on all things birthday and review games he’s too cool to talk about. Meanwhile, Kris played Resident Evil 4 a lot, and he rather likes it.
Enjoy!
