Sega’s take on Zelda sure is interesting
Show Notes
On this week’s podcast, Dan and Kris return to the alphabet Soup-er Series with another Master System game. It was Dan’s pick for the letter G, and he landed on Golden Axe Warrior, which is basically The Legend of Zelda, but not. It’s an interesting experience, and the guys are pretty divided on it. But why? Let’s find out!
Then, in Week Old News, Sony hosts a pretty solid State of Play, Nintendo announces two Nintendo Directs, someone made a CD drive for the NES, and there really wasn’t much in the way of overwhelmingly negative industry news to cover. Hooray!
Finally, in the Checkpoint, Dan did a lot of reading, and finally finished Don Quixote, but should we be impressed? It’s no War and Peace, after all! Meanwhile, Kris finally had a positive experience with Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom, finished Deltarune Chapter 3, and experienced the Revenge of DOH.
Enjoy!
