    These things are not the best, but they are acceptable. I own two NES gamepads that needed extensions due to my setup being large. Unfortunately when I got them, one would only work with one controller, and the other wouldn't cooperate with either of the two. They're also extremely hard to remove from the ports of the console but that's the least of my problems. I contacted you guys about the issue and you straight up sent me a replacement free of charge. AWESOME! It has a reversed issue similar to the first cable, but whatever I'm happy now!
