Please go HERE to check your console version and make sure you send in a compatible console (returns due to incorrect version being sent may be subject to a restocking fee)
PLEASE NOTE: MODDING/INSTALLATION SERVICES TYPICALLY TAKE 1 - 3 WEEKS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE THE CONSOLE (While we try our best to meet that estimate, we sometimes get pushed a week or 2 beyond it, so keep that in mind).
MOD CHIPS: Mod chips should have no affect on this modification. However, Stone Age Gamer offers no responsibility for a preexisting modifications. While rare, there could be a scenario where Stone Age Gamer has to replace your motherboard. We would not replace or reimburse the customer for any preexisting modification. If for some reason your modification is found to be incompatible with the Retro GEM product Stone Age Gamer is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the customer.
AFTER PURCHASING
Ship only your Console (please no AV cables, power cables, or accessories) along with the Retro Gem Hardware (main unit plus kit for the console type you are sending) and a printed invoice to:
