Stone Age Gamer Return Policy

Any item purchased must be in the same condition as purchased. If the item was shipped shrink-wrapped, the item must be returned with the original shrink wrap intact.

Every potential customer has the option to request photos, additional photos, and/or more of a description of the item they are interested in purchasing.

All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of our Safe Arrival Protection Policy (read below) or if the return is due to the description and/or photos are incorrect. Refund of shipping costs is handled on a case-by-base basis. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.

To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice and please contactreturns@stoneagegamer.comwith a brief explanation of the item you are returning and the reason for return.

Some items we sell are under a protection policy; please refer to the protection polices below for an explanation of each.

You may return a product in one of two ways:

Unopened packages: Mark your package "e;refused"e; and return it to the shipper. You will owe nothing for shipping.

Safe Arrival Protection

Please contactreturns@stoneagegamer.comwith an explanation of what was damaged, non-operational, or what about the condition is unsatisfactory based on the item description and images provided. We will then ask you to please ship the item back in the condition it arrived at your location. DO NOT attempt to fix and alter the item in anyway.

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and then we will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs within 72 hours of its arrival at our facility.

If Stone Age Gamer deems the return to be fraudulent we will return the item to the buyer with no refund.

Player Protection

Our Player Protection seal signifies that this item is in a satisfactory playable/functioning condition.

This protection does not cover cosmetic defects unless the cosmetic defect affects the function of the product. Every potential customer has the option to request photos, additional photos, and/or more of a description of the item they are interested in purchasing. You may cancel your order before the item is shipped if you do not feel the item is in an acceptable cosmetic condition.

If an item under thePlayer Protection Policyof Stone Age Gamer ceases to operate within 90-days (45-days for international) of the day the item left the Stone Age Gamer facility it may be returned to Stone Age Gamer, and we will either attempt to replace the item or refund the original purchase price.

OurPlayer Protection Policydoes NOT cover cases where the item ceases operation due to outside forces such as, but not limited to: incorrect operation, poor care, accidental, or intentional destruction.

ThePlayer Protection Policyis only active during the 90-days (45-days for international) following the shipping of the item or until the owners of Stone Age Gamer no longer do business under the name Stone Age Gamer.

Player Protection Plus

Our Player Protection Plus seal signifies that this item is in: new, mint, or near-mint playable/functioning/cosmetic condition.

This policy does not cover cosmetic defects that happened after the item arrived at the address it was shipped to. Every potential customer has the option to request photos, additional photos, and/or more of a description of the item they are interested in purchasing. You may cancel your order before the item is shipped if you do not feel the item is in an acceptable cosmetic condition.

If at anytime an item under thePlayer Protection Plus Policyof Stone Age Gamer ceases to operate within 180-days (60-days for international) of the day the item left the Stone Age Gamer facility it can be returned to Stone Age Gamer, and we will either attempt to replace the item or refund the original purchase price.

OurPlayer Protection Plus Policydoes NOT cover cases where the item ceased operation due to outside forces such as, but not limited to: incorrect operation, poor care, accidental, or intentional destruction.

Collector Protection

Since the item is deemed to be a collectable by Stone Age Gamer we will not protect the item if it ceases to operate or received any cosmetic damage after the item has arrived at address it was shipped to.

Since these items are deemed to be collectable at the time of sale we expect the party purchasing and/or receiving the item will be collecting the item, and because of this it is expected to be kept in its original condition upon arrival as in not doing so could dramatically affect the value of the item and will void theCollector Protectionfor that item.

TheCollector Protection Policyallows, while the owners of Stone Age Gamer are still doing business under the name Stone Age Gamer, the item to be returned to our facility along with the Stone Age GamerCollector's Certificateyou received. If the item is still in the condition it was originally in when shipped from Stone Age Gamer we will mail you a refund check or Paypal payment for a percentage of your original purchase price of the purchase price within 72-hours of the time we received the returned item*. Please contactreturns@stoneagegamer.comwith an explanation and confirmation of the return before returning any item.

The percentage is based on the length of time between purchasing the item and when the item is returned. The refund amount increases for 10 years following the date of shipment. Your original value is 80% of the original purchase price. The first two years following purchase you earn 10% of the original purchase price per year on top of the original 80% value. The next 8 years you will get gain 6.25% of the original purchase price per year to your refund**. The actual earnings are on a per-day basis (excluding Feb. 29). However for the sake of explanation we will show you an earnings example for an item below:

If Stone Age Gamer deems the return to be fraudulent or no longer in the condition as described by the Stone Age GamerCollector's Certificatewe will return the item to the buyer with no refund and a bill for shipping costs.

Collector's Protection Certificates are transferable.
