STONE AGE GAMER
International Shipping Information & Disclaimer
When purchasing products from Stone Age Gamer that need to be shipped internationally it is important you know what your responsibilities as the importer are.
Address format can vary from country to country. Stone Age Gamer's system formats all addresses in the traditional:
[Full Name]
[Business Name]
[Street]
[Apt., Ste., Unit. #]
[City], [State] [Postal Code]
[Country]
If your country requires a different format it is highly suggested that you enter your address in the correct formatting in the "Comments" section of checkout process. If you already checked out and did not do this you can always reply to your confirmation e-mail with the correct formatting.
Stone Age Gamer ships all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS gives us (Stone Age Gamer) a Customs Number for each package we ship internationally. This number is given to you (the purchaser) in your "Order has Shipped" confirmation e-mail. This number can be used by you (in most countries) to check the status of your international order once it as been received by your country. This can NOT be used on USPS.com to track your order.
Most countries require duties (taxes) to be paid on imports. It is up to you (the purchaser) to understand your country's import laws, how to pay duties owed, and how to contact your Customs agency to check the status of your import. Stone Age Gamer will not mark packages as gift/sample, nor will we (Stone Age Gamer) alter the value of items in an attempt to circumvent your country's import taxes. The only time packages will be marked as gifts or samples is if they indeed fit that criteria.
Stone Age Gamer and the USPS are not responsible for any laws/restrictions, duties, or package loss that prevents your order from being delivered once it has arrived in its destination country and left the possession of the USPS. Stone Age Gamer and the USPS are also not responsible for any damage your items may have received once they have left the possession of the USPS.
Once your package arrives at your country it is often handed off to your country's postal service or an equivalent service.
Stone Age Gamer will not refund or replace any order once it has arrived at its country of destination, unless it arrived in a defective state that is not related to damages that were caused by your country's Customs or postal carriers.
If your package does not arrive in the expected amount of time (2 weeks for USPS Priority Mail International/6 weeks for USPS First Class International) please reply to your order confirmation e-mail alerting Stone Age Gamer of this issue immediately. Stone Age Gamer will then request an investigation by USPS. Once Stone Age Gamer has confirmed that the package was not delivered and was most likely lost we will request the package to be returned to us if found. You will then be refunded for your order.
Stone Age Gamer can only refund your order for up to 60-days following its placement. If you do not alert Stone Age Gamer quickly you may forfeit any possible refund. If you used PayPal to order, putting in a claim against Stone Age Gamer will only slow the refund process. This is because PayPal will then need to launch their own investigation.
Virtually all items shipped internationally are tested, unless by testing the item it would affect its value. For example, if you bought a twenty year old brand new sealed item for collecting it would not be opened and tested, because this could affect the item's collectible value.
If you do not agree and understand this International Shipping Disclaimer then do NOT purchase items from Stone Age Gamer that require to be shipped internationally. If you have already placed an order with Stone Age Gamer and do not understand or agree, please cancel the order immediately.
